Dual Degree in Management (DDM)

Dual Degree in Management is a five year degree program which extends the current four year B.Tech program of Jaypee University system by one more year and makes it a five year Dual Degree program with B.Tech and MBA from Jaypee Business School .

The Dual Degree in Management Program, combines two full time Degrees (Management and B.Tech) integrating courses worth 200 credit hours of B.Tech and courses worth 120 hours of Master in Business Administration. DDM saves at least one year for the program participants.

Additionally, the program participants get three internships and Triple specializations. The First specialization is in Service and Relationship management, the Second is in Finance or Marketing, Strategy or Operations and finally, the third specialization is in select service verticals such as Financial Services or Healthcare, Skill-based Manufacturing or Infrastructure services.

‘Bridge courses’ are similar to intensive courses common in US universities and require huge preparatory work both on the part of faculty and students in planning and teaching these courses. They involve 3-7 hours of interactive lecturing, and another 4 to 5 hours of post lecture work during a short duration of 5 to 15 days. Bridge courses are as effective as any semester course and in many ways considered superior.
