Research Interests : Planning & Execution of Projects, Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Advisory Services and conducting of Executive Development Programmes for the executives of corporate sector.

Prof. Vadehra has vast experience of 42 years comprising (a) 24 years with IFCI Ltd (the last position held as General Manager), in the areas of Project Formulation and Appraisal, Transfer of Technology, Project Monitoring, Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Advisory Services, Merchant Banking & Financial services; (b) 8 years in a real estate company as President and implemented projects from concept to commissioning and (c) 10 years in Management Education including 5 years as Prof Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon besides Prof Army Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida and Faculty at ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon and other business schools. He is an Independent Professional Director on the Board of Munjal Showa Ltd, a company in the Hero Group of companies.
