Q5.
How will the DDM courses be offered?
A5: DDM is offered through a series of ‘Management
Bridge Courses’ during the eight semesters of B.Tech
program and regular term courses in the fifth year of
the program. ‘Bridge courses’ are similar to
intensive courses common in US universities and require
huge preparatory work both on the part of faculty and
students in planning and teaching these courses. They
involve 3-7 hours of interactive lecturing, and another
4 to 5 hours of post lecture work during a short
duration of 5 to 15 days. Bridge courses are as

What is the advantage of DDM over the B.Tech program?
A10: Several. To begin with, you will be managerially
equipped to handle your technical job more effectively.
You should receive better placement, respect at work

year, uncertainty and hassles for competing for the
declining open seats in the leading business schools,
lower program fee and the Jaypee quality promise in our
business school.

waste a year here?
A11: We have a unique mix of three specializations-
Functional and Vertical specializations. In other business

fewer seats and at a relatively higher cost. JBS
has been ranked among top 100 business schools by DALAL
STREET journal. For more information click
