has planned two world class Halls of Fame- one each on
'Service Masters and Relationship Masters'. These Halls
of Fame will symbolize the partnership between Academics
and Industry in our core distinctiveness of service and
relationship.
The ‘Jaypee
Service Hall of Fame’ aims to showcase the profiles, processes,
strategies, practices, and accomplishments of World
class Service Masters in
India
. These Service Masters would be from select service
verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare,
Skilled Manufacturing ,Retailing and Infrastructural services. They
will be nominated and selected by a Jury of leading
service professionals. The Service Hall of Fame will
provide a real-time link to the informational resources
of the Service Masters.
Aims and activities of the Jaypee Relationship Hall of Fame’
are quite similar to those of the Service Hall of Fame.
It will showcase profiles, processes, strategies,
practices, and technologies of the World class
Relationship Masters in
India
. The Relationship Hall of Fame will offer an
opportunity to work on the relationship technology of
the relationship master.
