Towards these goals our new course 'Young Leaders Speak' enhances the leadership communication skills with the following characteristics:

• How to find and discipline their own thought and expression processes.

• How to respectfully and tactfully respond to others’ feelings.

• How to gain the perspective of world beliefs.

• How to connect with the minds and hearts of people around them.
